ACCIDENTAL DEATH

StateTrust Life and Annuities offers two different Accidental Death plans while traveling:

Passport: is a plan that provides continuous coverage in the event you lose your life in an accident while traveling. You will receive continuous coverage 24/7, from the time you leave until you return from your trip.

Journey: is a plan that offers coverage for loss of life that occurs while traveling by plane. The plan provides coverage for domestic or international flights.

Some of the benefits of both of these plans are as follows:

• Benefit paid is in addition to any benefits paid by other insurance plans.
• Your premium goes to pay for coverage, with only a small amount used to pay our company’s cost. Thus, it provides you with the most “bang for your buck”.
• Amount can be tailored to the needs of your family.

Both plans offer the following riders which can be added to your policy:

• Emergency Medical Evacuation: Rider provides assistance in the event you become seriously ill or injured while on your trip.
• Repatriation of Mortal Remains: Rider provides for the repatriation of your remains to your country of residency.
